If you wish to join us on a paddle, we ask that you submit two forms: a paddler waiver form, since any ocean sport has inherent risks, and a Covid-19 waiver form. You’ll find them below. You may download them, fill them out, and return them to us via email once we get in contact with you about joining us for a session.
